Norris 'Why': I am passionate about advocating for the best interest of our learners. More so, I am committed to helping our learners develop the skills and dispositions necessary to advocate for their own best interests, beginning with building the understanding of how to set meaningful goals and work towards those goals effectively. It is my hope that every learner I have the opportunity to engage with, moves forward with an increased set of skills, abilities, and/or strategies to be able to pursue their own happiness and engage in the world as individuals with the ability to enrich the experiences of those they encounter and benefit our society as a whole. Above all, I am committed to providing our learners with examples of their value, worth, meaningfulness, and capabilities; both as learners and as humans.
